In Valerie Powers' yoga class I found exactly what I was looking for -- an experienced, caring instructor whose knowledge of yoga and physical fitness enable her to instruct all ages, allowing each student to develop at his or her own pace and according to individual needs and flexibility. Each class combines a series of different stretching, strengthening and balance poses, with Valerie demonstrating each pose to the class and offering individual assistance as needed. If you're looking for a great yoga class, you've found it.
