Join Rebecca Bell of Mindful Movements and Valerie Powers of Powers of One for an hour of MELTing, moving, and relaxing as we jump into the holiday season! Our workshop will include the following:
MELT Method - Mini Hand Treatment followed by Soft Roller Techniques
Movement - a unique fusion of yoga and Pilates to warm up the core and stretch out tense and tired muscles.
Meditation/Relaxation - a guided relaxation designed to help you relax, release, and rejuvenate! Neck and temple massage included!
Light refreshments and fun shopping following class!
