(Free) This is the teachers personal practice. No formal instructions will be given during Follow the Yogin. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early and not to enter the studio if the practice has begun. Please enter and exit the studio in silence at this time. The Follow the Yogin is to help you develop your own personal practice, to self guide and self adjust. All you need to know is already within you waiting to bloom!
