This strength training class utilizes hand weights, exercise bands, and exercise balls to provide a full body workout and is designed for all levels of fitness.

Men Only Yoga

Learn the practical practice of yoga poses and movements to address stress and restore fitness in your body. Practice yoga within the comfort of this class working at your own pace.  Participants will learn the basics of yoga and a solid stretching routine.

Zumba®

Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®!
